SZE OBSERVATIONS
It will be quite challenging getting better resolution SZE data for our survey. The most competitive instruments are ACT and SPT, which are PI instruments, and as a general rule don't observe individual sources for other projects as it takes time away from observing the CMB. However, given the interest in the Planck survey, we might have a good chance. On the left, the RELICS clusters are plotted as blue points together with the survey areas of other instruments. The open circles are observed AMI data (Perrott 2014). These are taken at 15 GHz and there is serious concern about radio contamination of the sources. In the south, we see the ACT survey in pink, and the SPT survey in blue. Clearly, ACT has better coverage with us. Another instrument that it is worth thinking about is NIKA and NIKA2. NIKA2 should be commissioned by the end of the year. There are not a lot of images from this instrument, but we should keep in touch with the PIs as their data reduction pipeline progresses.
